Last Updated: June 2026

1. Introduction

Pixoria, powered by Taqwax Software House, respects the intellectual property rights of others and expects its users to do the same. In accordance with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act of 1998 (DMCA), we will respond expeditiously to claims of copyright infringement committed using our website that are properly reported to us.

2. Important Note: We Do Not Host User Images

Pixoria is a client-side web application. This means that all image processing (cropping, editing, compression, etc.) happens entirely within the user's web browser.

  • We do not upload user images to our servers.
  • We do not host, store, or distribute any user-generated content.
  • We cannot remove an image from the internet because we do not host it.

If you find your copyrighted image elsewhere on the internet, you must contact the web host or domain registrar of that specific website. Pixoria has no ability to remove user files from third-party sites or local devices.

3. Submitting a Takedown Notice

While we do not host user images, our website itself contains code, graphics, text, and original assets. If you believe that any material officially hosted on the Pixoria website infringes upon your copyright, you may submit a DMCA Takedown Notice.

Please provide us with the following information:

  • Signature: A physical or electronic signature of a person authorized to act on behalf of the owner of the exclusive right that is allegedly infringed.
  • Copyrighted Work: Identification of the copyrighted work claimed to have been infringed.
  • Infringing Material: Identification of the material that is claimed to be infringing, along with the specific URL on the Pixoria website where it is located.
  • Contact Info: Information reasonably sufficient to permit us to contact the complaining party (address, telephone number, and email address).
  • Good Faith Statement: A statement that the complaining party has a good faith belief that use of the material in the manner complained of is not authorized by the copyright owner.
  • Accuracy Statement: A statement that the information in the notification is accurate, and under penalty of perjury, that the complaining party is authorized to act on behalf of the copyright owner.

4. Counter-Notification

If you believe that your material was removed or disabled by mistake or misidentification, you may file a counter-notification with us. You must include your physical/electronic signature, identification of the material removed, a statement under penalty of perjury of your good faith belief, and your contact information.
