Pixoria provides a suite of free, browser-based image manipulation tools, including but not limited to image compression, format conversion, resizing, cropping, and meme generation.
Because our platform utilizes 100% client-side processing technology, the performance and output of the tools depend significantly on the capabilities of your device and web browser.
3. User Responsibilities
While Pixoria does not upload or monitor the images you process, you are solely responsible for the content you edit using our platform. You agree NOT to use Pixoria to:
- Process, generate, or distribute illegal, harmful, or explicit content.
- Violate any local, national, or international laws.
- Attempt to reverse engineer, hack, or disrupt the website's source code or infrastructure.
4. Intellectual Property
Your Content: You retain complete ownership and all intellectual property rights to the images you process using Pixoria. We claim no ownership over your files.
Our Platform: The Pixoria website, including its original design, source code, logos, and UI/UX, are the intellectual property of Taqwax Software House and are protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws.
5. Disclaimer of Warranties
Our tools are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. Pixoria makes no warranties, expressed or implied, regarding the reliability, accuracy, or uninterrupted operation of our services.
Note: Because processing happens locally in your browser, we cannot be held responsible for browser crashes or data loss during the editing process. Please ensure you have backups of your original images.
6. Limitation of Liability
In no event shall Pixoria, Taqwax Software House, or its developers be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of your access to or use of the platform. This includes, but is not limited to, loss of data, loss of profits, or business interruption.
